Jiffy is a grocery delivery technology startup. Through a net of its own darkstores, the company offered to deliver "groceries in just 15 minutes" with a range of about 2,000 items. The challenge was to form a design team, create new branding and redesign the apps.

Research
In order to design a new version of the application, we collected all the company's available information: user feedback, problems, wishes and business goals, analytics data, conducted a comparative analysis of competitors and collected best practices. We needed to improve conversion rates, the number of repeat purchases rate and increase customers' ARPU
