Zelt is a cloud application you can use to onboard new joiners in two minutes manage HR, payroll, rent and protect employee computers, and manage apps. The goal was to design the iOS mobile application with all necessary services.

Research
Before designing the application, we asked our customers what services they would like to use in the Zelt mobile application. Then we analysed the main user journeys and highlighted the tasks that could be conveniently closed in the mobile. We also made a comparative analysis of competitors and on the basis of all these data we designed the application.

Task flow
The most used function is tasks. They include two main jobs: to quickly create tasks and to complete them. The user receives a push notification in the app, looks at the details of the task, and completes or plans for it.

Calendar flow
In the app's first version, we've developed a calendar that allows the user to see, approve and keep track of events. These events are holidays, sick days, work from home, parental leave or unpaid holidays. You get requests directly in the app.
